Requirements
  • High School diploma, with at least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Shipping; BS/BA Degree preferred.
  • This position is site-based, requiring you to be at Moderna’s site full-time. This position is not eligible for remote work.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharmaceutical, or related field.
  • Ability to lift and move products.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French.
  • Collaborative, and customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Independently coordinating deliveries to internal customers and conducting daily SAP transactions to ensure seamless material movement.
  • Conducting daily cycle counts, overseeing wipe-down activities for materials entering manufacturing suites, and handling expired materials.
  • Executing all aspects of warehouse operations, providing strong support to manufacturing teams and upholding Moderna's standards for safety, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Leading initiatives aimed at improving warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with the warehouse operations lead and global supply chain teams to support and optimize Moderna’s end-to-end supply chain effectiveness.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned, supporting the dynamic needs of Moderna’s fast-paced environment.
