Construction Systems Intern/Co-op

Keeley Construction is looking for Construction Systems Co-Op to join our Civil Group in New Braunfels, TX.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop bid schedules, project baselines, and project updates using Primavera P6.
• Prepare 3–6 week look-ahead schedules to keep projects on track.
• Generate CMiC dashboards and reports to bridge operational and financial data.
• Build Salesforce dashboards to track opportunity origination, decision process, and proposal hit rates.
• Create and maintain divisional face-to-face reports.
• Provide project/task support for project teams.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure data accuracy and reporting alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

• In the process of obtaining a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
• Experience with Primavera P6 (or similar project scheduling tools) preferred.
• Familiarity with CMiC and Salesforce reporting/dashboards preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Schedule: 10–20 hours per week, both remotely and in-person at our office in New Braunfels, TX.
