Required Skills
  • E-commerce or retail sales experience with proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment.
  • Diamond expertise and jewelry experience strongly preferred. Certified Gemologists from a reputable institution a strong plus.
  • Independent, motivated, and well-organized with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, positive, patient, people-person and technologically savvy.
  • Available weekends.
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients and prepare personalized consults demonstrating sustainably created diamonds and VRAI jewelry.
  • Act as an ambassador of the VRAI brand and values, assist with jewelry selection, diamond education, jewelry care, and company policy.
  • Maintain a calendar of virtual and in-person appointments, manage lead pipeline, and nurture/develop leads.
  • Collaborate with showroom and virtual sales team members on clienteling and custom design projects.
  • Collaborate with the larger sales team on clienteling, sharing customer trends and product feedback.
