Requirements
  • Relevant degree in marketing, business, communication, or similar discipline preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience is required.
  • Supplier relationship experience desired.
  • Ability to build strategic marketing plans.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and diplomatic in managing internal and external relationships.
  • Enthusiasm for building and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers.
  • High sense of responsibility and urgency to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans tailored for supplier customers, aligned with GPO objectives and market dynamics.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging for supplier customers, in line with the Spend Management and category value propositions.
  • Plan, develop, and manage marketing campaigns using a variety of channels, including digital, email, social, and event marketing.
  • Act as the marketing liaison for key supplier partners, facilitating communication, aligning marketing initiatives with strategic supplier goals, and ensure their success within the GPO framework.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, webinars, and supplier success stories.
  • Manage marketing projects and business relationships from concept to execution, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and meet agreed-upon objectives.
  • Plan effective go-to-market tactics and campaigns for assigned solutions or business areas.
  • Support campaign expectations related to 'on-time, on budget' execution.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance in collaboration with research and intelligence team.
  • Build and strengthen collaborative working relationships throughout marketing and communications.
  • Engage with business and marketing stakeholders as needed.
  • Translate knowledge of marketing tactics into compelling marketing materials.
  • Apply understanding of products/solutions as needed.
