Position Summary
We are seeking a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Resource to support our Human Resources initiatives with a focus in organizational hierarchy management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday HCM modules and will play a critical role in system configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
Note: This is a true hybrid role and you must reside near on of the RI and or CT office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Implementation & Configuration:
o Assist in the implementation and configuration of organizational hierarchies in Workday.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintenance & Support:
o Provide ongoing support for the various hierarchy and organizational models in Workday, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
o Oversee work completed by our service provider to ensure timely and accurate completion.
o Conduct regular system audits and data quality checks.
• Training & Documentation:
o Maintain documentation as system functionality is updated and enhanced.
o Create and maintain documentation for new processes, procedures, and system configurations.
• Reporting & Analytics:
o Utilize Workday reporting tools to create custom reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
o Analyze data trends to provide insights on workforce metrics.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with HR teams to align Workday functionalities with business needs.
o Function as a liaison between Vendors, IT and HR departments to ensure seamless system integration and operation.

- 2+ years of overall relevant professional experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to triage and prioritize competing priorities.

- Experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), including configuration and support.
- Workday certification (HCM or related modules).
- Experience with HR data management or organizational hierarchy management.
- Experience with data migration and integration with other HR systems.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
