Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or comparable work experience, Master’s degree is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience building and delivering global infrastructure or cloud systems team at a hyper-growth technology company
  • 6+ months experience in Technical Product Management
  • Prior experience building and delivering successful distributed systems and developing public cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with CI/CD toolchain, infrastructure-as-code, orchestration, networking, and security
Responsibilities
  • Help define and execute platform strategy and evolve product vision for cloud infrastructure, scale, reliability, and security posture for global expansion
  • Identify and manage infrastructure requirements to empower product teams and improve developer productivity
  • Partner with Solutions product teams to define best practices and approaches to leverage cloud foundational capabilities to meet business needs
  • Maintain understanding of market and technology landscape, prioritize and evolve infrastructure, runtime, and cloud operations
  • Define Cloud Runtime roadmap for Procore in partnership with Development Platform Engineering and product teams
  • Align security and infrastructure initiatives to ensure security-first approach in roadmaps
  • Define victory conditions and measurable KPIs based on impact
  • Define prioritization based on business needs and engineering initiatives
