Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a relevant field
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience
  • Current licensure or registration in the United States preferred
  • LEED accreditation preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, and other data management software
Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop and nurture successful partnering relationships with clients
  • Maintain positive client relations throughout the project life
  • Develop and maintain a Partnering relationship with clients early in engagements
  • Ensure appropriate client and internal communication
  • Lead project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Manage design and documentation process during construction
  • Accountable for risk mitigation and compliance
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Implement CannonDesign Method using best practices and technology
  • Manage and coordinate workload of team members
  • Provide leadership and constructive feedback to team members
  • Be a proactive resource to project teams
  • Ensure statutory requirements for the project are achieved
  • Accountable for QA/QC process
  • Coordinate with Project Architect and Quality leader
  • Participate in negotiating contracts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
