Role Description:
The leadership team is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals passionate about driving process improvements and contributing to a highly productive team. As Project/Program Coordinator, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff to the Executive team, providing strategic support in managing relationships with board members and investors, organizing key corporate events, and driving corporate initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate development, investor relations, and executive-level strategy, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
As part of the Corporate Development team, you will:
- Support relationship management with board members and investors by assisting in communications and preparing materials for Board meetings, strategy sessions and monthly updates
- Provide support in annual operating leadership offsites, helping with planning, scheduling, and event logistics
- Work on ad hoc corporate development projects, providing research and analytical support to the Chief of Staff and executive team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for presentations, reports, and other executive-level documents
- Perform administrative and other tasks as needed and as assigned by the Leadership team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Experience: 0-2 years experience in corporate development or business management roles
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to assist with executive and board-level communications
- Strong time management and organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Google Suite for creating presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
