Responsibilities
  • Support relationship management with board members and investors by assisting in communications and preparing materials for Board meetings, strategy sessions and monthly updates
  • Provide support in annual operating leadership offsites, helping with planning, scheduling, and event logistics
  • Work on ad hoc corporate development projects, providing research and analytical support to the Chief of Staff and executive team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for presentations, reports, and other executive-level documents
  • Perform administrative and other tasks as needed and as assigned by the Leadership team
