Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT or systems administration, including identity- or security-adjacent work.
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
  • Experience reconciling identity data across HRIS, contractor platforms, and directory services to close access and offboarding gaps.
  • Familiarity with SOC, EDR, and SIEM concepts and vendor management.
  • Experience building documentation, runbooks, or operational processes from scratch.
  • Strong experience partnering with non-IT stakeholders and business functions.
Responsibilities
  • Own Entra ID, single sign-on, and access governance end to end.
  • Lead reconciliation of employee, contractor, and service accounts across Entra ID, the HRIS, and the contractor platform, closing gaps involving stale, orphaned, or unauthorized access.
  • Build and maintain the identity and access inventory, including systems, owners, user and administrator counts, and SSO, MFA, and SCIM coverage, and run quarterly access reviews.
  • Own the privileged access review process for administrator roles, bringing that responsibility in-house from the outsourced provider.
  • Publish and enforce an SSO and MFA coverage standard across critical business applications.
  • Select and roll out an Identity Governance and Administration tool.
  • Own the transition of outsourced SOC coverage, including managed EDR, managed ITDR, and managed SIEM, into an internally owned security operations capability.
  • Partner with the Security team and Head of IT on tool selection and coverage continuity during the transition.
  • Provide input on core IT policies, including acceptable use, access control, device management, vendor review, and incident response, with Security and Legal.
  • Own the evidence tracker mapping IT-owned controls to system owners and support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR audit readiness.
  • Partner with Security and Legal on due diligence for new vendors and AI tooling, from intake through security review to contract.
  • Contribute to ratifying the IT operating model, RACI, and escalation paths.
  • Build runbooks, documentation, and the escalation model for the internal IT team.
  • Rebuild institutional knowledge currently held by the outsourced provider.
  • Act as IT's standing partner to each business function and proactively improve how teams work with technology.
  • Provide hands-on support alongside business teams.
  • Own the core transition tool stack in partnership with the Head of IT, including MDM, Freshdesk, remote access/RMM, and 1Password.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience standing up an internal IT function previously run by an outsourced MSP.
  • Identity Governance and Administration tool selection or implementation experience.
  • Experience scaling IT for a company growing from a few hundred to more than 700 employees.
  • Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell or Python to reduce manual IT work.
  • CISSP, CISM, Security+, or an identity-platform certification such as Microsoft Entra, Okta, or SailPoint.
  • Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR audit cycles, including evidence collection and control ownership.

Future Secure AI builds persona-based, multi-agent AI Co-Workers designed for large enterprises and private equity firms. Their core offering, Red-Zone AI Co-Workers, consists of over 100 agent personas that automate complex, high-stakes workflows. The agents integrate with a client’s core systems and governance frameworks and operate securely on the client’s network, remaining cloud- and LLM-agnostic to avoid vendor lock-in. Workflows run within a hybrid team, with AI Co-Workers reporting to human managers and maintaining human-in-the-loop oversight. The company differentiates itself by targeting mission-critical environments with on-premise deployment, strong governance, and integration into existing IT and security controls, rather than generic AI tools. Their stated goal is to deliver 10x to 20x ROI on operating costs, often paying for themselves within six months. Clients span infrastructure, services, finance, health, and connected economies.
