  • 5–8+ years of product management experience in adtech, martech, or data platform products, ideally involving APIs, data pipelines, or activation systems.
  • Strong technical grounding in events and API architectures, reliability, rate limits, idempotency, and data observability.
  • Familiarity with attribution and conversion modeling concepts and how they interact with platform optimization algorithms.
  • Deep respect for privacy and consent frameworks; experience working with hashed identifiers and secure data handling.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with data, platform, and solutions engineering teams to ship complex integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical systems into clear business value.
  • English required; Hebrew a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Data Activation & Attribution Passback: Own the roadmap for Triple Whale’s data passback systems, enabling customers to use our first-party attribution models as the source of truth for campaign optimization.
  • Platform Integrations: Lead high-reliability, privacy-safe event delivery to major ad ecosystems (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, etc.), covering schemas, authentication, versioning, and evolving platform policies.
  • Feedback Loops: Build and refine closed-loop systems that feed Triple Whale’s measurement data back into acquisition platforms, improving performance through continuous learning and optimization.
  • Reliability & Performance: Define and uphold SLAs/SLOs for event delivery success, latency, idempotency, and retry behavior to ensure consistent downstream performance.
  • Consent & Privacy Stewardship: Ensure data activation respects user consent and data governance standards; work closely with security and legal teams to maintain compliant data handling.
  • Setup & Validation UX: Deliver frictionless setup experiences, auto-mapping events, surfacing real-time validation, and building intuitive feedback for customers and agencies.
  • AI-Driven Insights: Build diagnostics and recommendations that help users understand data quality, match rates, and optimization impact across platforms.
  • Extensibility: Expand integrations beyond Shopify to broader ecosystems (BigCommerce, WooCommerce, custom carts, GTM server-side, Segment/mParticle/RudderStack, and headless environments).
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience integrating with ad platform APIs (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, TikTok Events API, etc.).
  • Background in standardizing event taxonomies or data schemas across diverse environments.
  • Familiarity with reverse ETL tools or activation platforms (Hightouch, Census, etc.).
  • Exposure to AI-assisted workflows for diagnostics, data mapping, or guided setup.
