  • 3+ years managing Apple devices in a technical capacity (e.g., engineering, consulting, pre-sales, or professional services)
  • Extensive knowledge of Apple Business Manager/School Manager, MDM protocols, Automated Device Enrollment, APNS, and Apps & Books
  • Comfortable navigating macOS Terminal, leveraging shell scripts or Python to automate and troubleshoot workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to tailor communication styles
  • Proven ability to work effectively across teams (Sales, Support, Product, Engineering)
  • A natural inclination to explore new technologies, solve problems, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
  • Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Coral Gables office.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical deep-dives to prospects, customers, and partners
  • Partner closely with Sales and Success teams, contributing technical expertise during sales cycles and customer onboarding
  • Serve as a second- and third-level escalation point for technical issues
  • Act as the customer’s voice within Kandji, relaying feedback, feature requests, and improvement ideas to Product and Engineering teams
  • Assist in refining internal processes and onboarding experiences for Kandji prospects that turn to customers
  • Stay current on Apple platform developments, MDM standards, and ecosystem integrations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or IT Lead introducing MDM platforms
  • Hands-on exposure to multiple MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE, Mosyle, etc.)
  • Experience with large-scale Apple device deployments and integration with enterprise-level tools (directory services, Kerberos, SSO, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, or similar support and CRM tools
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, HTTP, TLS, Certificates)
  • Foundational understanding of security principles, including EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), compliance standards, malware threats, potentially unwanted programs (PUPs), and common vulnerabilities.

But over the past few months, that presence has grown from just a handful of employees to 70 – and the company has big plans for its new, expanded office.The company is announcing today that Coral Gables will be the home of its new East Coast Headquarters, said Sylvia LePoidevin, Kanji’s Chief Marketing Officer, who was one of the first executives to make the move here a couple of years ago. In an interview with Refresh Miami, she said Kandji now has a beautiful new 30,000-square-foot office on the penthouse floor of The Plaza Coral Gables, which recently opened as well at 2811 Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
