- Strong oral and written communication of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Applicant must possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above
- Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine is required
- Consult with customers on their rental
- Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections
- Ensure that the customer receives world-class customer service and sales support
- Shuttle customers
- Ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, which includes cleaning vehicles, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids
