Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the ad tech or digital marketing sectors
  • Data-driven: Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into action
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to take initiative

  • Experience: Prior experience with NewsBreak Ad Manager or similar ad platforms. Strong background in onboarding, paid conversion, retention, and referral growth in a similar industry
Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth Marketing & Advertiser Acquisition: Take the lead in managing and enhancing performance marketing channels to boost user acquisition
  • Develop Community Strategy: Craft and expand a community strategy that aligns with NewsBreak's mission and growth goals
  • Manage Email Marketing Campaigns: Execute impactful promotional and lifecycle email marketing campaigns to improve advertiser engagement and retention
  • Refine Referral Programs: Play a key role in developing and improving a referral program aimed at expanding our advertiser user base
  • Innovate with Unconventional Methods: Ideate, test, and scale unique growth hacking and guerrilla marketing strategies to create buzz and attract new advertisers
  • Create Engaging Content: Produce high-quality content, including case studies, white papers, blogs, and videos, to showcase the strengths of our advertising platform and enhance user experience
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with e-commerce and agency brands, as well as external partners, to create compelling success stories and case studies
