Responsibilities
  • Coordination of the planning and booking of WTA Media's contribution and distribution services
  • Coordination of the planning and booking of DAZN Connect service contribution and distribution services
  • Ensuring documentation is created, and where necessary updated ahead of each tournament and adhering to strict deadlines
  • Collating post event invoicing and coordinating payment with Production Management and Finance teams
  • Assisting the wider WTA Media Broadcast Team in event planning and set up
  • Assisting wider Transmission Team in coordination and distribution of new properties and sports
  • Coordination with Eurovision to communicate broadcaster participation across WTA Media tournaments
  • Creating process and training documentation to benefit the understanding across all parties
  • Point of escalation during live event issues and aid in troubleshooting
  • Assistance in yearly budget forecast and tracking of distribution and contribution costs
  • Creation of Purchase Orders when necessary
  • Distribution of satellite and fibre details to customers and internal parties
  • Liaison with MCR and Transmission Director to ensure correct facilities are booked for clean contribution and distribution services
  • Liaison with Sales Team and broadcasters to understand match planning needs, player preferences. Attendance of on-site scheduling meetings to set orders of play
  • Liaison with broadcasters to communicate on scheduling, bookings details, order of play, relevant onsite details etc
