  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Power BI required.
  • Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language. Experience with SQL and data modeling required.
  • Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills.
  • Willingness to train and guide others in the use of Power BI.
  • Strong organization and ability to perform services efficiently and within budgets and schedules.
  • Willingness to be flexible with variable work shifts during the work week.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
  • Ensure data models are optimized for performance and usability.
  • Communicate project status, cost performance, and schedule updates to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision making.
  • Implement integrated project controls methodologies to effectively align cost and schedule management efforts.
  • Attend a variety of project meetings with project stakeholders to track and solve cost and schedule management issues.
  • Manage change order processes and assess impacts on project costs and schedules.
  • Participate in development of project estimates, budgets, forecasts, estimates to complete, and cost trends.
  • Work under the direction of the Corporate Innovation team on a variety of corporate application projects and engineering consultant support projects.
  • Other tasks as needed.
