Requirements
  • BS and 20+ years of industry experience; MS with 18+ years of industry experience or PhD and 15+ years of industry experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of device engineering and development. TCAD simulation, modeling experiences preferred.
  • Achievements and skillsets in CMOS, memory access device engineering required.
  • Strong knowledge of Design of Experience principles and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with statistical data analysis software.
Responsibilities
  • Develop CMOS technology for next generation DRAM technology
  • Work with design and process integration team to define CMOS development direction
  • Identify device requirement in the advanced memory product and provide improvement solutions and directions
  • Collaborate with process integration, design and modeling group for device optimization
  • Define electrical test structure design for transistor and related items characterization
  • Analyze electrical parametric data from Si and provide statistical data analysis for improvement.
  • Engage with cross-function teams with process development, circuit design, quality assurance, to meet the target product requirements
  • Analyze, extract, interpretive, feedback inline inspection data, measurement data to improve performance and reliability
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned
