Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3+ years merchandising experience, preferable in Planning and/or Buying
- Experience with Open-To-Buy a plus!
- Advanced capabilities in Excel/retail math required
- Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
- Effective in a variety of presentation settings including one-on-one, small and large groups
- Can evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Strength in fostering highly effective and collaborative cross-functional relationships
Responsibilities
- Owns end to end planning processes and works cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution
- Build and manage complex reporting tools for Open-To-Buy (OTB), inventory, sale set up, and sale analysis
- Manage data integrity in multiple systems and maintains files to support larger Merchandising team
- Partners with internal planning team and cross functional counterparts to execute campaigns; supports and manages go-live preparation for eCommerce initiatives
- Support category planners in pre-season planning and in-season assortment management for eCommerce and reFills business; opportunity to own category independently as planner develops in role/dependent on prior experience
- Complete ad hoc analysis and seasonal reporting to support category and total business as directed
