- Maintain the file retention schedule for department files sent to the external storage facility.
- Maintain the database of closed final judgment file inventory sent to off-site storage, file destruction schedules, and file retrieval from the external file storage facility.
- Compose responses to routine general correspondence received in the department and routine requests for copies of disciplinary judgments.
- Provide backup support to the Intake Legal Secretary team, including accurate and timely data entry of incoming grievances and case status update information.
- Provide receptionist relief as necessary.
- Perform other responsibilities and conduct special projects as required.
- Some college-level courses.
