Forbes is seeking a Designer to join the Content & Design Studio to support our Accolade products across the entire brand. In this position, you will work in a fast-paced environment and in close partnership with the Studio and Accolade teams to package, market and execute products for a critical and growing business at Forbes. This will require flexibility and creativity to understand the needs of each product and produce on-brand deliverables.

Your work will appear in many forms for the individuals and businesses recognized on a Forbes ranking or feature: web, print ads, billboards, social media posts, email signatures, corporate reports, banner ads and TV spots.

What You’ll Do:

• Work collaboratively with Forbes’ Studio and Accolade teams to brand, market and productize Accolade products from conception to delivery across multiple platforms (e.g. email, digital, print, social, and physical). 
• Create persuasive presentations of design work to cross-functional teams, fostering strong working relationships and effective workflows.
• Conduct competitive analysis and collaborate with Accolade stakeholders to expand upon the product package to drive revenue.
• Lead creative thinking and brainstorming sessions. 
• Learn Forbes brand guidelines thoroughly and apply them consistently to deliverables.
• Produce work in a self-sufficient and highly organized manner, deftly managing high volume while delivering high quality.

 What You’ll Bring:

• 2-3 years’ design experience in digital, print, print-production, media expertise a plus.
• Portfolio that showcases successful design thinking and finished work, including demonstrated visual and typographic sensibilities.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Comfortable working in PowerPoint.
• Enthusiastic about the big picture as well as the smallest customizations.
• Detail-oriented, organized and solutions-obsessed with effective time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, handling quick turnarounds as well as prioritizing ongoing assignments in a team structure and as an individual contributor.
• Experience in marketing with the ability to think strategically and holistically.
• Ability to balance business needs with design and client needs.
• Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Art or related field.

The annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000
