Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience managing VMware virtualization platforms and SAN storage systems in enterprise environments.
  • At least 1 year of experience with network administration or network engineering fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills for managing complex infrastructure issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow structured processes, and complete projects effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, file and print services, and user access management.
  • Manage and optimize VMware virtualized environments and SAN storage infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and efficient resource utilization.
  • Monitor system performance, health, and security across servers and infrastructure; proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions for Windows servers, Exchange, and SQL databases to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  • Support infrastructure projects and daily operations by responding to ITSM tickets, developing automation such as PowerShell scripts, maintaining system documentation, and enforcing security and compliance standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Core Infrastructure, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or storage-related certifications.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation for Windows system administration.
  • Experience with ITSM tools, change management processes, and infrastructure documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
