Impact
As the Shipt Associate Operations Manager located in the greater Philadelphia, PA area, you will provide on-site support for Drivers with Shipt at a Target Sortation Center. This role will liaison between the Target Sortation Center operations team and Drivers with Shipt to achieve efficiency and safety during the route dispatch process.
While no two days are the same, you will triage and escalate operational concerns or technology issues to Shipt leadership and/or Target partners on-site. You will have an opportunity to support new processes, product launches, and pilot tests while continuously promoting a safe working environment at the Sortation Center. Additionally, you will monitor delivery performance, and operational results to drive healthy operational and financial results. As needed, you will partner with leaders to develop countermeasures for defects within the market.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- You have 2 years in operations, customer service, or related experience
- You enjoy building relationships to solve interrelated problems
- You have experience working in a logistics or warehouse setting
- You enjoy a flexible work schedule based on business needs
- You feel confident working with technology, including smartphones, app-store, and Google Suite
- You are able to represent Shipt in a professional matter
Work Arrangement
Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City:
$61,002-$122,110
All other locations:
$50,429-$100,858
