Responsibilities
  • provide on-site support for Drivers with Shipt at a Target Sortation Center
  • liaison between the Target Sortation Center operations team and Drivers with Shipt
  • triage and escalate operational concerns or technology issues to Shipt leadership and/or Target partners on-site
  • support new processes, product launches, and pilot tests
  • promote a safe working environment at the Sortation Center
  • monitor delivery performance and operational results
  • drive healthy operational and financial results
  • partner with leaders to develop countermeasures for defects within the market
