Requirements
  • Hands on experience working on Linux/Unix and/or Windows server platforms
  • Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and key management best practices
  • Experience working knowledge of Hardware Security Modules (HSM) such as Thales HSM or Cipher Trust Manager
  • Experience with key management systems such as AWS Key Management Service, Azure Key Vault, or Google Cloud Key Management Service
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity of Incident and Problem Management systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Leading the planning, designing, and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions to meet deployment requirements aligned with available playbooks and technical blueprints
  • Providing and communicating technology solutions across audiences and overseeing projects and activities related to special initiatives or operations
  • Leading the resolution process for problems, adhering to defined practices and policies to obtain results, and establishing input/output processes and working parameters for systems
  • Fulfills requests from business users and operations, communicates technical status updates with appropriate teams, and oversees stability, resiliency, reliability, and the performance of multiple supported systems
  • Mentors other team members and provides technical leadership
  • Captures and translates business requirements into complex infrastructure and/or system design for specific implementations and collaborates with technology stakeholders, Solution Delivery Management teams, Technology Project Management teams, Solutions Engineering teams, and technical service providers for system design and deployment
  • Supports change implementations, proactively identifies and resolves potential issues resulting from the changes, and performs access and/or physical provisioning/deprovisioning (additions, modifications, and deletions) for infrastructure and applications
  • Provides consulting services to Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) and technical partners, executes procedures reliably, and escalates appropriately to solve incidents quickly
  • Deploy, and maintain key management infrastructure to meet security and compliance requirements
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of KMS Infrastructure
  • Implement and enforce security best practices to protect sensitive data and cryptographic keys
  • Collaborate with Engineering and other cross-functional teams to implement automated workflows for key lifecycle management
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents in a timely manner
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures to minimize the risk of recurrence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to key management and cryptographic standards

Herbalife raises $800M bond to refinance 12.25% debt with 7.75% notes

Herbalife has raised $800 million through a junk-bond sale to refinance existing high-interest debt. The nutrition-focused multilevel-marketing company sold seven-year senior secured notes at a 7.75% yield, led by Bank of America. The proceeds will be used to repay bonds due in 2029 that carry a 12.25% interest rate, significantly reducing Herbalife's borrowing costs. The successful offering comes a month after the company shelved a loan offering due to market volatility, taking advantage of a recent rebound in investor demand for risky debt.

Bank of America reports earnings Wednesday, revenue expected to rise 5.8% year on year

Bank of America will report earnings on Wednesday before market open. BofA lifts Broadcom target to $450 on $35B+ Google, Anthropic supply deals through 2031
