  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, or a related role;
  • Strong understanding of software product industry and partner dynamics;

  • Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration;
  • Proficiency in using CRM and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Responsibilities
  • Develop Enablement Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive enablement programs tailored to the needs of our partners, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Training and Workshops: Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate partners on our products, services, and best practices.
  • Resource Development: Create and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, presentations, and digital content that partners can easily access and utilize.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from partners to continually refine and improve enablement initiatives, ensuring they meet evolving needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and provide partners with the tools and resources necessary for success.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze partner performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.
