Requirements
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Track record of delivering great service
  • Experience with standard administrative duties and data entry
  • General understanding of insurance products and services is an asset
Responsibilities
  • Greet members and customers as they enter and leave the centre
  • Assess customer needs and direct them to the most appropriate AMA representative
  • Stay engaged with members during their wait
  • Monitor and manage traffic flow throughout the centre
  • Reinforce the value of AMA’s products and services
  • Assist with basic member transactions
  • Maintain the presentation and professionalism of all public areas
  • Perform administrative duties at reception and assist with supply management
  • Communicate with team members and management to flag issues
