Requirements
  • 3+ years of community management experience with demonstrated success working in top social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
  • Ability to perform light design work
  • Previous copywriting experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about the internet and social media, with a keen eye on trends
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands
  • Proficient in adapting content to different platform tones

Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day activities on various social media platforms, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages
  • Analyzing our social media performance across all platforms using key metrics
  • Developing engaging video, copy and photography assets that break through the noise and resonate with the target audiences
  • Writing compelling and brand-aligned captions, collaborating with copywriters
  • Fostering a positive and engaged online community
  • Providing monthly and quarterly performance reporting with data-backed insights and recommendations.
  • Trend Hunting regularly to stay a breadth of platform innovations, trending content, and opportunities to engage with social communities
  • Ideating content ideas across multiple media platforms and tools, contributing to team brainstorms, content plans, and online execution
  • Monitoring social media platforms for UGC, product feedback, relevant trends, etc. Seek opportunities to respond in real-time with brand-appropriate responses
  • Defining and tracking KPIs/success metrics monthly in collaboration with the Strategy Team
  • Engaging and growing our community by responding in brand voice(s), tapping into culture, and building relationships with our audience.
