  • Work with cross-departmental stakeholders and clients to identify opportunities and develop requirement documents
  • Work with product team and engineers in design and defining requirements for all new features and products within the claims adjudication system
  • Develop a strategic roadmap over the next 3-5 years to exceed industry expectations and functionality
  • Ensure all development is in compliance with industry standards
  • Support client trainings and documentation along with RFP and sales processes
  • Articulate ideas and solutions effectively to different audiences
  • Collaborate and work autonomously
  • Prioritize outcomes over output
