The INC Studio Team stands up full-service creative, production, and post-executions for a multitude of business partners across Netflix and around the world. The team focuses on content that talks about Netflix as a business, brand, culture, and company using storytelling to promote, educate, inform, and inspire. About the role
The Manager, Operations leads the team and resources that keep INC and cross-functional productions moving forward across the business. They supervise and drive forward large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that tap into shared resources to streamline operations, save money and time and create efficiencies. They are responsible for crafting operational excellence across the team to push forward innovation and streamline processes and are accountable for scaling operations alongside the growth of the team.
Role Responsibilities
-Accountable for oversight of team operations arms including post-production, technology & infrastructure, physical production equipment, project management, tooling, and financial processes.
-Act as a people leader, driving employee growth through coaching and personal development as needed to support business needs
-Supports cross-functional networks and solutions for partners utilizing resources outside of INC studio projects
-Partners cross-functionally to unlock efficiencies across the production ecosystem to ensure the best possible solutions for both partnerships and the business
-Focuses on increasing efficiency, quality of content, and operational precision to scale globally
-Navigates retained vendor partnerships to secure the best deal and output for the business and team
-Supports budget management across operations team verticals
-Supports team hiring with both contingent talent and FTE needs
-Keeps up to date on current and emerging technologies across physical production and post-production
What we are looking for
-Tenured experience in production and/or post-production or a transferable production operations space
-Seasoned people leader with proven track record of growing and building teams
-Detailed knowledge and understanding of full-service creative, production, and post workflows and multi-media executions for screens of all sizes
-Experience supporting end-to-end physical production and post-production infrastructure (budgeting, payroll, on-site server, MAM/ DAM, Ingest, Transcoding etc)
-Experience with multiple production payroll platforms, familiarity with fringe, taxes and local employment laws in key physical production hubs (LA, NYC, ATL, NOLA, Chicago)
-Experience with standard production contracts and the legal review processes in a corporate environment
-360 and integrated campaign experience preferred, knowledge of workflows beyond 16:9 screens (interactive, OOH, print etc)
-Operations-minded: you constantly think about how to increase efficiencies across all workflows and teams

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $140,000-$600,000.
