Requirements
  • 5+ years of demand generation experience preferably within a B2B SaaS startup
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets in a high-growth setting
  • A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to achieve your key metrics
  • A/B testing experience to help optimize campaigns and landing pages
  • Outside-in thinker - strives to deeply understand the customer and create programs that connect
  • Inquisitive and innovative - test and learn mentality with a hunger to leverage the latest technology and methods to drive growth
  • Excellent communicator who can clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to executives and team members
  • Experience with a SaaS marketing tech stack
  • Strong project management skills including production schedules, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and agency/vendor oversight
  • Analytical (Data-driven): Partner with marketing ops to create and analyze campaign reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights and recommendations
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience optimizing spend across various demand generation channels (e.g. Google, LinkedIn)
Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy to help supercharge our growth, including owning budget, forecasting, channel strategy, experimentation, and more
  • Build account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to help larger deals move through the pipeline
  • Partner with sales to build a demand generation plan that engages and nurtures target accounts
  • Implement processes with sales leadership to ensure feedback loops exist to monitor lead quality
  • Define KPIs and dashboards to help us measure, optimize, and focus demand generation activities on a regular basis
  • Coordinate with lifecycle marketing to ensure we have effective lead nurturing campaigns
  • Build business cases for incremental budget asks
  • Create smart, impactful, and persona-relevant campaigns for all aspects of the buyer journey
  • Establish funnel discipline through solid reporting and/or dashboards, pipeline reviews, and a solid grasp on marketing tech stacks and attribution models
