Responsibilities
  • Lead development and execution of annual strategic brand plans, including cross-functional alignment, business reviews, leadership presentations, and translation of portfolio strategy into actionable HCP plans and timelines.
  • Develop and implement HCP strategic and tactical plans to drive injector growth, market expansion, and business performance across Men's Health and Orthopedics.
  • Direct development of HCP campaigns, messaging platforms, promotional materials, educational resources, and field assets.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and field teams to align strategy, priorities, field needs, and execution.
  • Manage the Agency of Record and external vendor relationships to ensure timely, compliant, cost-effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor brand performance, financial performance, and key performance indicators to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead lifecycle management planning and execution to advance business opportunities and support long-term brand growth.
  • Co-lead cross-functional advisory and field alignment teams and incorporate stakeholder feedback and market insights into strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate execution and risk mitigation with Sales, Medical, CAT, CDT, Patient Access, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights & Analytics, and commercial partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute innovative marketing approaches, including emerging technology and mixed reality initiatives.
  • Represent the commercial organization in partnerships with professional societies and external organizations, including SMSNA and ASSH.
  • Lead planning and execution of congress activities, educational programs, professional engagement initiatives, and field support needs, including SMSNA and AAHS Bootcamps.
  • Partner with key account, provider, and customer groups to support business objectives and strengthen commercial relationships.
  • Facilitate cross-functional business reviews, weekly team meetings, milestone check-ins, and prioritization forums.
  • Manage, coach, and support five HCP marketers; review work quality and ensure alignment with strategic guardrails, brand priorities, and execution standards.
  • Serve as the primary commercial liaison for GPO activities, Insights & Analytics collaboration, Finance partnership, Supply Chain coordination, and business planning initiatives.
  • Drive indication collaboration and organizational alignment initiatives to improve execution, communication, process discipline, and business performance.
  • Oversee marketing contracts, agency agreements, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with company policies and budget objectives.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with a field-based sales force is preferred.
  • Experience with specialty buy-and-bill is preferred.
  • Experience in the therapeutic area is preferred.
  • Experience developing and implementing POA plans and meetings is preferred.
