Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required in physical/life sciences, statistics, or engineering. A Master’s or PhD is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting.
  • Experience with oncology products, medical devices, or diagnostics. Familiarity with large-scale molecular testing labs is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in the life sciences industry, particularly in oncology or diagnostics, is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Create and execute the product roadmap for tissue-agnostic MRD products in collaboration with the Signatera MRD business.
  • Develop and refine target product profiles and deliver product requirements based on deep customer insights, market research, and operational needs.
  • Conduct VOC interviews, competitive analysis, and market research to identify product features and strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify business opportunities, build business cases, and create financial models to support product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with medical and regulatory teams to drive long-term clinical validation studies across high-priority indications, enabling reimbursement.
  • Work closely with teams across Product Management, R&D, Software Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Clinical/Medical, Operations, Regulatory, and Business Development to ensure seamless product development and launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing to define product positioning, develop go-to-market strategies, set pricing, and create key marketing collateral.
  • Present data-driven strategies to gain alignment and buy-in from senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization to obsolescence, ensuring continuous improvement in product performance.
