Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Clinical experience treating adult individuals (18+)
  • Experience practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies
  • Comfortable incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9)
  • Pre Licensed Clinicians: if you're in the licensure process (within 1-3 months), feel free to apply as well.
Responsibilities
  • Work a 40-hour full-time schedule, including:
  • Average of 28 scheduled sessions per week
  • Hours between 8am and 7pm (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday with weekends off
  • Practice evidence-based psychotherapy for individual adults (18+) with varying levels of acuity that can be safely and effectively served with once-a-week teletherapy
  • Participate in weekly case consultation and wellness hours, monthly professional development, and bi-weekly cross-functional collaboration
  • Thoughtfully integrate technology into practice to provide data-driven care
  • Communicate with mental health providers and offer referrals as needed
  • Provide exceptional care to clients while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality
  • Complete documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations and in a timely manner
  • Support client consults within your first 6-8 weeks to build a new hire caseload. Note that supporting client consults during this time frame is optional and based on business needs. It is not required for employment at Two Chairs.
