  • Minimum 4-6+ years of related People Operations/HR experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR regulations, such as COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, ADA, EEO, ERISA and FMLA requirements
  • Strong experience with benefits, HRIS and payroll systems, open enrollment, benefits renewals and providing employee support in these areas
