What You Will Do

We are inviting talents to the Search team at Moveworks as interns for the summer of 2024, to join the effort of building a LLM-based enterprise copilot platform. At Moveworks, we build search technology to answer enterprise users’ questions instantly, by combining modern information retrieval, natural language processing, with the latest advancement in generative AI technology. The core product value is achieved through the capability of reasoning over information collected from heterogeneous knowledge and data sources in a real-word enterprise environment, creating multi-turn multi-hop conversational experiences with users, and taking actions to help them resolve complicated user requests.

You will work with a group of talented engineers with previous experience at Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Uber, etc.
You will identify an applied machine learning problem in the enterprise search and question answering ecosystem.
You will have access to enterprise grade foundational model APIs, e.g. OpenAI ChatGPT and use them to explore machine learning ideas.
You will learn practical modeling skills, as well as software skills to be a successful machine learning engineer.

What You Bring To The Table

Entering the last year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree; or currently pursuing a PhD.
Pursuing a degree in computer science or related fields.
Having strong coding skills.
Passionate about natural language understanding, information retrieval, or machine learning.
