Requirements
  • A Class A Commercial Driver's License is required.
  • Proficiency in English for written and oral communications is required.
  • Ability to recognize and understand road signs is required.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with the company's safety policies and procedures is required.
  • Ability to perform strenuous heavy physical activity is required.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items and work with the fingers is required.

Responsibilities
  • Drive a heavy-duty diesel-powered truck with an attached trailer hauling heavy equipment.
  • Start engines and operate throttles, switches, levers, and pedals to operate machines.
  • Operate heavy equipment to load or unload the lowboy when required.
  • Take actions to avoid hazards and obstructions, including utility lines, other equipment, workers, and falling objects.
  • Service equipment and make necessary adjustments for proper operation.
  • Make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three or more years of related construction experience is preferred.
