We’re looking for a high energy ‘people person’ to assist and support the Global HR team. As an HR Coordinator, you’ll provide efficient and effective HR administration and be the first point of contact for all people related queries. Primarily responsible for the hands-on execution of the day-to-day HR function, this role will provide you with great exposure to everything HR; On-boarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Benefits and much more!
Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the HR function to ensure delivery of an exceptional employee lifecycle experience by:
Managing the new starter process, including the inputting of new employee details onto our HR information system (HRIS), ensuring correct paperwork received.
Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for global employees and change of contract letters.
Overseeing and ensuring we deliver effective on-boarding programs across the business units.
Maintaining the HR system, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to date and produce key figures or reports as required (e.g., monthly sickness reports).
Conducting Ad-hoc salary benchmarking to provide guidance and support to line managers.
Creation of all annual pay review and bonus letters, ensuring these are issued within the given timeframe.
Supporting the HR Business Partner(s) in day-to-day administrative tasks, creation of ad-hoc letters, and various HR projects.
Managing and maintaining our employer brand both internally and externally.
Working with the Global HR Team to brainstorm and roll-out global wellbeing initiatives to support Redwood’s culture.
Entering Leavers onto our HRIS, archiving all leaver data and generating reports.
General administration with other HRIS platforms (e.g. Everfi, Deel, Moodys).
Contractor onboarding support.
Supporting internal initiatives, such as all hands slides and HR weekly meetings.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
Must have A+ certification.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree preferred.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial and constantly changing environment.
People focused, interpersonal, able to build relationships and gain trust quickly.
Sound judgement and awareness of when to escalate and seek guidance.
Proactive and resourceful, able to prioritize own workload and provide solutions to problems.
Avid learner, with a willingness to be hands-on, get things done and be involved in everyday HR operational activities
Proficient with MS Office products (O365, Word, Excel) and ability to learn other applications.
Preferred but not essential:
Experience within HR.
CIPD qualifications.
Experience with an HRIS (ideally Workday).
