Responsibilities
  • Understand customers' needs and what is important to their business
  • Provide white-glove-level service to customers and guide them through the Justworks platform
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences
  • Communicate deadlines and solve barriers to meeting them
  • Run reports to ensure deadlines are met and assist with tracking onboarding status
  • Conduct employee webinars as needed
  • Address and resolve customer questions through various channels
  • Problem solve and support customers through Zoom calls, emails, and phone
  • Continually assess and improve onboarding processes and procedures
  • Embody the Justworks brand and advocate for customers
