Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Two to three years of professional work experience is required.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and experience handling contract tracking, website maintenance, and financial reconciliation are required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to serve as a front-facing representative to students, executive leadership, and external practitioners are required.
  • Experience utilizing traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms is required.
  • Proficiency with WordPress or equivalent content management systems is required.
  • Experience with database management software for data tracking and operational organization is required.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe, or other marketing platforms for digital content creation is required.
  • Literacy with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and welcoming presence while building an inclusive community among prospective and current students, alumni, faculty, and external practitioners.
  • Maintain and update the CALL website and blogs using WordPress, ensuring public-facing information and digital brand assets are accurate and engaging.
  • Partner with the Provost’s Office to execute and track faculty and practitioner contracts and manage onboarding and human resources transactions for staff and independent contractors.
  • Author, design, and distribute digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media content, and printed collateral to support student recruitment and program visibility.
  • Coordinate course registration and classroom scheduling with university registrar and scheduling teams and facilitate student enrollment.
  • Support budget planning, track instructional costs, manage the unit ProCard under university compliance policies, and perform monthly budget reconciliations with the Main Campus Finance Office.
  • Supervise, hire, and approve hours for a team of 5+ undergraduate student workers.
  • Manage physical office operations and supply procurement.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and related materials for specific projects.
  • Maintain relationships with Human Resources, the Main Campus Finance Office, and the Provost’s Office to complete human resources and financial transactions.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree, conferred or in progress, is preferred.
  • Professional work experience in higher education, student affairs, hospitality, or a fast-paced, start-up-like environment is desirable.
