Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in sales operations, preferably SaaS.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM system.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A natural drive to solve problems through process improvement and strategic initiatives.
  • Flexibility to both coach others and focus on independent projects.
  • Excellent time management, organization and detail orientation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and switch gears in high volume and fast paced environment.
  • Prior experience conducting market research a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Work with leadership to continuously refine and optimize top of the funnel sales process.
  • Expand upon documentation of current sales process and identify areas where strategic automation is required to drive scale or velocity.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and enablement teams to maximize sales efficiency and initiate process improvements.
  • Process lead and account assignments.
  • Provide ad hoc training and sales support related to internal and various third party tools.
