  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Five to eight years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or internal communications is required, preferably within an international or matrix organization.
  • Proven experience drafting press releases and executive communications and managing media relations is required.
  • Experience supporting crisis communication, change communication, and strategic business initiatives is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and corporate communication platforms are required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute North America's corporate communication strategy, ensuring alignment with global governance, standards, and editorial planning while translating key messages into regionally relevant narratives.
  • Plan, create, and execute internal communications across corporate channels, including the intranet, email, Microsoft Teams, and leadership communications, while supporting executive and leadership messaging.
  • Lead regional external corporate communications and public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, corporate content, and public relations initiatives in alignment with global strategy.
  • Act as the central communication interface between Corporate Communications, North American leadership, Human Resources, functional stakeholders, agencies, media, and external partners.
  • Support crisis, change, and strategic communications by delivering clear, coordinated messaging and contributing to regional transformation initiatives and high-impact communications.
