Responsibilities
  • You will manage both inbound and outbound calls guiding customers through liability queries with professionalism,clarityand care
  • Liaise with external parties, such as claimants, solicitors, and other insurance companies, to negotiate and settle claims.
  • Analyse policy documentation todeterminecoverage and applicability.
  • Evaluate liability and quantum todetermineaccuratesettlement amounts.
  • Manage a caseload of claims while ensuring adherence to company guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and share knowledge for continuous improvement.
  • Keepaccurateand up-to-date records of claims activities using the company’s systems.
  • Ability to overcome customer objections and drive a positive resolution through excellent communication skills (questioning and listening)
