Responsibilities

Be the founding member of our TechOps team
Help set the strategy and roadmap for our corporate technology and services
Minimize friction and improve the efficiency of our internal tooling and infrastructure
Manage Google Workspace, Slack, and other core SaaS applications
Be a core contributor to projects aimed at improving develop experience, corporate security, and people operations
Manage relationships with vendors and consultants
Contribute to our security and compliance programs
Help provide technology support to all r2c team members

About the role

This role will be the founding member of our TechOps team. The focus will be on building the tech stack to support r2c’s growth and providing a first-class experience for all of our team members. You will be a core partner for the Engineering, People Ops and Security teams. The role is an excellent opportunity to build out a modern corporate tech stack, in a company that is rapidly growing and places a premium on engineering lead solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a customer-service orientation and a broad background in technology architecture. In addition, you must be able to balance the competing demands of running a modern, employee-friendly tech stack with our need to protect our customers and a corporate infrastructure.

You will:

You will need working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English. We work as a hybrid on-site / remote organization. r2c primarily works in the Pacific, Eastern, and Central EU time zones.
