We have an exciting opportunity for a Security Governance Analyst to join our expanding team.  Under the direction of the Manager of Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SGRC), this position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of Security Governance documents, such as policies, standards, and guidelines.  This position offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to mature security practices that maintain the trust placed in Aya and align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain Aya’s Information Security Governance documents on a recurring basis
• Develop documentation that further drives the maturity of the Information Security program, including guidance documents in lieu of policy updates
• Coordinate the publication of any document changes to all stakeholders
• Ensure Information Security Governance documents reflect key Information Security framework and regulatory/legal requirements
• Ability to develop a security control framework based on Security risk or frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience writing Security Governance documents
• Proven ability to develop, write, and update Security Governance documentation
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with various Security frameworks, such as NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800-53, or ISO 27001
• Risk Certifications, such as ISACA CRISC or ISC2 CGRC is a plus
• Dependable team player

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $90,000 to $125,000.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
