We’re looking to hire a part-time, remote Solutions Architect with a strong engineering leadership background to join our team. For this role, your primary focus will be collaborating with leaders and developers in creating and implementing software applications and components using cutting-edge technologies.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

• Create and maintain project timelines, including sprint planning, and ensure that all deadlines are met.

• Develop technical solutions using React, Node, AWS, CMS, cloud tooling, Webflow, and Cloudflare.

• Design and implement backend architectures that are scalable, secure, and reliable.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the development process.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure that our solutions remain competitive and innovative.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

• Develop and deliver training to customers and internal teams on solutions and products.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with the engineering team to resolve complex technical problems. 
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Engineering Manager, or similar role.

• 3 years+ of web development experience.

• Strong technical expertise in React, Node, AWS, CMS, cloud tooling, Webflow, Cloudflare, and databases.

• Extensive knowledge and experience working with various operating systems.

• With excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to create big-picture software solutions.

• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and leading teams of engineers.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create timelines and manage deadlines.

• Experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable backend architectures.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with databases and data storage solutions.

• Experience with agile methodologies, including sprint planning and agile development processes.

• A personal computer with stable internet.
