Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or related roles in high-growth technology companies
  • Proven track record of scaling product operations in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or Scala
  • Experience with data visualization solutions such as Tableau, Salesforce, PowerBI, or Data Studio
  • Deep understanding of the data and AI landscape, including lakehouse architecture and modern analytics platforms

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of product operations specialists, fostering a culture of customer obsession and data-driven decision-making
  • Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources, including customer and partner feedback, product usage, and adoption metrics
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards to surface key metrics and trends to stakeholders
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Field teams to close the feedback loop and build a cohesive customer story
  • Influence product and engineering decision-makers to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • Organize the measurement of key results for annual objectives and communicate progress to department stakeholders
  • Implement process improvements to optimize product operations, reducing costs and improving efficiency
  • Drive operational rigor across the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Oversee the product roadmap and release management processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features
