Requirements
- Seven years of experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field is required.
- Experience troubleshooting, deploying, and supporting IBM WebSphere Process Server version 6.0 is required.
- Linux experience is required.
- Command-line interface control over WebSphere Process Server version 6 environments and log analysis experience are required.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere DataPower is required.
- The candidate must be able to work without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Provide Unix/Linux application support for various IBM WebSphere products, primarily Process Server version 6 and DataPower.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Troubleshoot application support issues.
- Handle support tickets.
- Install and configure supported applications and IBM WebSphere products.
