Requirements
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience
  • Has demonstrated experience scaling & optimizing large Paid Digital campaigns
  • Has demonstrated tactical excellence in at least one of the following acquisition channels: Paid Search, Display Prospecting, Display Retargeting, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Excels at broader non-media focused marketing strategy including consumer research
Responsibilities
  • Manage 6-figure monthly media budgets
  • Develop and evolve messaging and partner on creative strategy
  • Own entire channels and strategies - you own the ideation, prioritization, & execution of all marketing optimization levers while managing Facebook, Mobile/Web Display, Paid Search, & other media channels
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses for improving marketing performance, execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
  • Drive ad/campaign/audience testing in the account while partnering across the organization to impact landing page generation, multivariate testing, and automation of marketing infrastructure
  • Work with internal stakeholders to best manage the account using the available data while being a thought partner on data infrastructure
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Copy, Design, and Brand to transform your ideas into compelling and personalized messages and product experiences
  • LPO (Landing Page Optimization) strategy and making sure traffic is converted at a marketing level
  • Growing LTV via targeted acquisition strategies to maintain top line business growth
  • Driving efficiencies through leveraging partnerships with media agencies and other third parties (ie Affiliate channels)
  • Develop processes and frameworks that will scale with a growing organization
  • You will own projects end to end, effectively acting as General Manager of Canadian acquisition
  • Each initiative you work on will have a measurable impact on the business and company-wide KPIs
  • The role is highly cross-functional. You will be the primary point of contact for Product, Design and Analytics in collaborative team environment
  • You will enjoy high visibility to senior leadership
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment, customer segmentation and price testing
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with analyzing large sets of data
  • Track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on, high capacity doer, multi-tasker with strong ownership mentality
