  • 10+ years of work experience
  • Familiarity with the media / advertising industry, understanding basic terminology and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively and collaboratively across different functions and levels in a matrixed organization
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, project management and time management skills required
  • Experience leading complex projects including influencing, challenging and providing direction to diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment on solutions that are right for the business
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment as new situations and initiatives arise and able to work independently when necessary and use sound business judgment.
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, workflows, and best practices to drive sales effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with EVP, Sales & Sponsorships to align strategies, set goals, and streamline operational procedures
  • Provide strategic thought partnership to EVP, Sales & Sponsorships across the business including understanding the third party advertising ecosystem, value chain and incentives to best align our products/strategy with maximizing revenue
  • Partner with Data & Analytics team on implementation of CRM system to ensure data integrity, accuracy and cleanliness
  • Develop reporting strategy to keep sales managers up to date on performance
  • Develop and implement comprehensive measurement strategy to effectively arm the Sales & Account Management teams to articulate value delivered from our products, and drive internal strategy on how to evolve and innovate our products over time
  • Collaborate with Client Service and Creative & Design services on analyzing fulfillment process and identifying opportunities to refine and optimize to drive efficiency
  • Partner with VP Integrated Marketing on go-to-market strategy including, evolution of our products, packages and pricing
  • Partner with leadership across the Sphere Sponsorship & Exosphere organization in developing and tracking progress against their overall strategy and business plan
  • Provide ongoing training to business stakeholders to ensure adherence to operating models/processes.
