Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience managing projects cross functionally with applied analytics towards business problems
  • Highly organized with great time management skills - able to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • A passion for constant improvement - always looking to do things better
  • A quick learner with an open-minded perspective to understand Flipp’s disciplined approach
  • Self-starter, highly effective working both independently and within a team
  • Degree in a quantitative related majors such as Statistics, Mathematics or Economics is preferred
  • Understanding of Retail, CPG, loyalty, and consumer analysis is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Use various data tools like SQL, Scala, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc., to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data for analysis on marketing performance
  • Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and share insights across the business
  • Communicate complex business and analytical ideas to Flipp team members, including senior sales and product team members
  • Design, execute, and analyze tests such as A/B testing and incremental lift analysis, and communicate results to clients to prove channel performance
  • Build and enhance team knowledge by sharing best practices and case studies
