- PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience
- Previous experience with at least 2 full-life cycle PeopleSoft implementation as a functional team member and/or team lead
- Involved in PeopleSoft data conversion efforts
- Solid understanding of tables, configuration, and integration of all HCM modules
- Strong SQL writing skills and proficient in Application Designer
- Experience in the health care or university setting is a plus
