A Certified Technology Specialist certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
Security+ CE certification at Information Assurance Technical Level II is required.
At least two years of audio/visual experience is desired.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Teams functionality and implementation and troubleshooting of microphone and camera peripheral devices and drivers is required.
Knowledge of integrated audiovisual signal paths, including scalers, switchers, distribution amplifiers, and extenders, is required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook, Excel, and Word, and Windows is required.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site direct audiovisual and videoteleconferencing support, including troubleshooting Cisco-based conferencing systems and Microsoft Teams.
Set up, schedule, troubleshoot, maintain, replace, and install videoteleconferencing equipment; provide in-call support and equipment training.
Troubleshoot rooms that are hard down and rapidly resolve technical issues to minimize conference-room downtime.
Build and maintain drivers and update existing firmware for preventative maintenance of Cisco videoteleconferencing systems and Windows-based systems.
Support customer requests, videoteleconferencing meetings, and sessions across 10 videoteleconferencing rooms using Cisco- and Windows-based systems.
Apply knowledge of monitors, projectors, videoconferencing systems, and Windows-based systems.
Manage site inventory and spare equipment using a database.
Manage and complete quarterly preventative-maintenance projects and weekly status reports.
Create and resolve break-fix tickets by monitoring the client ticketing system.
Support NIPR and SIPR communication mediums.
Support Microsoft Teams conferences on SIPR and NIPR networks.
Support Skype for Business videoteleconferencing conferences with the same operational requirements as Cisco and Polycom videoteleconferencing systems.

Position Description and Job Duties:
On-site direct AV/VTC support including troubleshooting issues for a variety of AV/VTC equipment including Cisco based conferencing systems and Microsoft Teams
Support shall include day-to-day VTC setup, scheduling, troubleshooting, maintenance, replacement of equipment, and installation of replacement equipment, in-call VTC support, and training on VTC equipment.
Troubleshooting and creatively working around rooms that are "hard down”
Troubleshooting and rapidly resolving technical issues to minimize downtime of conference rooms
Configuration support will include building and maintaining drivers, updating existing firmware for preventative maintenance of Cisco VTC systems and Windows based systems
Support for customer requests, VTC meetings and sessions across 10 different VTC rooms; equipment support Cisco and Windows based systems.
Leveraging in-depth knowledge of the functionality of monitors, projectors videoconferencing systems and Windows based systems
Managing site inventory and spares with use of database
Managing/completing Quarterly Preventative Maintenance project and weekly status reports
Creating / resolving break-fix tickets by monitoring client ticketing system
Support shall extend across both NIPR and SIPR communication mediums.
Support all Microsoft teams conferences on both SIPR and NIPR networks
Support all Skype for business VTC conferencing. Skype for business support has the same operational requirements as Cisco and Polycom VTC’s.
Requirements
Required - Secret Security Clearance
CTS Certification (must be able to obtain within 6 months of hire)

2+ years audio / visual experience desired
Complete knowledge of intermediate level Microsoft Teams functionality, hardware peripheral device implementation and troubleshooting (Microphones and camera devices/drivers)
Understanding of integrated AV signal paths (Scalers, Switchers, DAs, Extenders) for high-level troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service and written / verbal communication skills.
